1.  Should any Barkley and Event tires sold by our company covered by this warranty become unserviceable due to a material or workmanship condition during its usable tread life before 5 years from the date of manufacture or purchase date supported with proof of purchase for every tyres

2.  The unused could be changed for free if found any quality problems.

3.  The customer claims to the retailer at first,  the retailer should submit the files of claims to our company within 20 days since the claims happens, the retailer should be responsible for this delay.

4.  When the retailer is applying for a claims, he should offer the purchase certificate, images of tyre damage(Some related Excels must be attached), the content contains the size, symptoms, RTD etc.

5.  The picture should be clear enough, the damage part, the size and model, trademark, manufacture and the entire tyre should be in this picture.
